The topics in marine biology seminar class provides an
opportunity for in depth exploration into a specific topic of marine sciences at the forefront of current interest. Students read
primary literature along with supporting background documents to prepare for the week’s seminar. The seminar guests– world-wide experts in their fields– engage in a lively discussion with students on the chief scientific topic of the day.
